I recently had the immense pleasure and privilege of attending a reunion of former students of the Bible Training Institute in Glasgow, where I studied between 1978 and 1981. It was such a joy to meet up with folk I hadn’t seen for over 40 years and hear testimonies of God’s faithfulness and enabling in a wide variety of ministries and places down through the years. As well as plenty of time for conversations and catching up, there was a Thanksgiving Service at which I was asked to bring a short message from God’s Word.
