For each book of the Bible, you will find here a one page summary with details of:
- what period of history is covered by each book
- who write the book and, where appropriate, to whom
- which verse, or verses, best sum up the message of the book as a whole
- a brief summary which summarises the content of the book but also its relevance to us today
I also provide a simple outline structure of each book, with some headings that I hope will be easy to learn.
